Every Groundworks company has its own database. Roles are checked on the server, two-factor sign-in is available to every member, and changes keep a record of who made them.

How it works
Separation is how Groundworks is built, not a setting.
Each company’s records live in their own database rather than in shared tables. The App checks every request against the member’s role on the server. Two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app is available to every member, including owners. Changes such as stage moves, payments and voids record who made them and when. This describes how the product works; it is not a claim of third-party certification.
